MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Land Surveying)

Reporting to the President and located in Calgary, Alberta, the Manager of Business Development is responsible for the strategic generation and development of new business opportunities to help meet annual business goals and position the company for continued growth. Through new business and strenghtening current relationships, the Manager of Business Development acts as an ambassador for the company ensuring Precision Geomatics Inc. stays top of mind in all appropriate industries.

Responsibilities

• Actively and successfully manage the sales process including: lead generation; qualifying clients; designing the sales pitch and growing client loyalty.
• Create new business through organized prospecting and networking to increase Precision's market penetration.
• Design promotional material for brand development as well as create and deliver formal presentations for customer events, trade shows, client meetings, special events and miscellaneuos communications strategies when required.
• Have strong organizational skills to help structure and tender successful bids on contracts.
• As a member of the Management Team, contribute/participate and help drive annual corporate goals and objectives.
• Actively gather and share relevant market intelligence with respect to general industry and competitor developments.
